Andrus Yoon, Founder & Managing Broker
Andrus graduated from Michigan State University and previously worked with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he developed a strong foundation in business development, policy awareness, and professional leadership.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, he built an accomplished career with extensive managerial and marketing experience, leading successful national programs for Verizon FiOS, AT&T U-verse, CenturyLink Fiber, T-Mobile Business, and UPS, all focused on driving client satisfaction, operational growth, and long-term performance.
This strong business background translates directly into Andrus’ real estate practice, where strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and relationship-driven service define every transaction.
